1. Agreement
By downloading or using BADSCAN ("the App") you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
The App applies procedural print-style filters to photos and videos on your device. Free features work without a purchase; BADSCAN Pro unlocks the full preset library, video export, watermark-free output and extended controls.
3. Subscriptions
BADSCAN Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly — which may include a free trial — and weekly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
4. Your Content
Your photos and videos remain yours. The App processes them on-device and claims no rights over your content or the results you export. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you process.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to reverse-engineer or resell the App or its assets.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes appear on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
