1. Agreement
By using Carousela you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA.
2. What the App Does
Carousela designs social media carousels and can draft slide text using AI from a topic you provide. AI-generated text is a starting draft — you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose of AI output.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, and not to abuse or attempt to overload the AI service. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.
4. Subscriptions
Carousela Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or 6-month). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices shown in the App may vary by region.
5. Your Content
Your photos and the text you write or edit remain yours. Processing your topic to generate a draft does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
The App and AI output are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
