2. No Account Required
The App does not require registration, login, or the creation of any account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or other identifying details.
3. Chat Content You Provide
When you send a message or select a prompt, the text you enter is transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely to generate a response and return it to you. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or health data) in your messages. We do not use your messages to advertise to you or to build a marketing profile.
4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Your conversation history and app preferences (theme, language, settings) are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded to our servers. You can delete any conversation at any time from within the App, which permanently removes it from your device.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
To generate responses, the App sends your prompt to third-party AI inference providers. These providers process the request only to produce the response and are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your messages with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Analytics & Tracking
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies or cross-app tracking technologies and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Notifications are optional. They are sent only if you explicitly enable them in the App, and you can turn them off at any time in the App or in your device settings.
8. In-App Purchases
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information.

We rely on the security mechanisms provided by iOS and by Apple's App Store infrastructure. While no method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data the App processes.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and AI-generated humor may include mature or edgy content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
