By downloading, installing, or using HaHa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The Service
HaHa is an entertainment app that uses artificial intelligence to generate humorous content such as jokes, short stories, wordplay, and poems in response to your prompts.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All responses are generated automatically by AI models and are provided for entertainment purposes only. Content may be inaccurate, unexpected, satirical, or edgy, and does not represent the views of the developer. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment before relying on any output.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that exploits minors
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that unlock premium features such as unlimited generations and all prompt templates. Subscription details:
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
Use of subscriptions is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the App, including its interface design, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
