By downloading, installing, or using CutCraft ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the Game
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or any part of it
4. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final. You can restore previously purchased items using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Game settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, audio, gameplay mechanics, and text, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
