By downloading, installing, or using Neon Void ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the Game
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or any part of it
4. Purchases
Neon Void is a one-time paid application. It does not contain any in-app purchases or subscriptions. The Game is purchased once through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are processed and handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, audio, gameplay mechanics, and text, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Game.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
